Descrizione progetto

Nel villaggio di Tura, dove si realizzerà il progetto, vivono oltre 10.000 persone.

La prima acqua disponibile si trova a circa 5 km di cammino.

Si vuole quindi scavare un pozzo di una profondità di 150 metri nei pressi della scuola, così da beneficiare 250 studenti, oltre alla popolazione circostante e il dispensario adiacente alla scuola.

Il comitato scolastico garantirà la manutenzione.

We really appreciate your financial assistance to drill the borehole at St. Raphael Pre and Primary School Tura. Even though the Problem of Covid 19 interfered the project so much to come to its completion but finally it has been completed and the water is flowing already and can be used by the pupils.

The Catholic Diocese of Singida under Bishop Edward E. Mapunda appreciate the support of Caritas antoniana in this project so much. We will keep on praying for Caritas antoniana so that it may be ever succeessful in her mission of helping the poor.

Ecco l'acqua!!

Dopo aver ricevuto la prima rata, il 20 gennaio 2020, è stata avvisata la ditta per lo scavo del pozzo.

Dopo essersi recati sul posto hanno iniziato la trivellazione. L’acqua è stata trovata a 120m di profondità, abbondante e pulita.

Tutte queste operazioni hanno richiesto tre settimane di tempo, poichè la ditta proveniva da Tura, distante 550 km da Singida, con strade impraticabili.

Il Covid ha rallentato la conclusione del progetto ma arriverà in giugno. E siamo tutti uniti nella preghiera!

Covid 19 is a big problem to us now. We pray to God so that He can assist us.

We have not yet finished to write the whole report of the project. Covid 19 has interfered so much with our project in such a way that some of the activities are still going on. I promise that in early june 2020 our report will be ready.
